Synergy Apartments

With expertise in on-structure design, New Eden was engaged to develop vibrant landscaped rooftop spaces for the exciting new living environment as part of an ambitious new mixed-use development. The urban site has minimal available property for a traditional landscape. The project comprises of two u-shaped buildings with a roof courtyard terrace on
each. The site also included an on-structure promenade space between the buildings. The design includes outdoor gathering spaces with fire tables, grills, TV and movie night screens, game lawns, a dog area and intensive gardens.

New Eden worked collaboratively with a team of architects, engineers, general contractor and roofing consultants.
