Summerfest Administration Building | Green Roof | Site Landscape
The Milwaukee World Festival new administration building is located next to the lakefront festival ground. The grounds are the location of the world famous Summerfest music festival. This Milwaukee institution was interested in designing a office as a good steward of the environment. The building and site were designed for a LEED designation as well as the recipient of a MMSD grant to implement a substantial green infrastructure component.
The project received the 2016 Business Journal Real Estate Award and 2016 Daily Reporter Top Project designation.

New Eden worked closely with the civil engineer to integrate green infrastructure features such as a green roof, biofiltration basin, permeable pavement, native plants and stormwater trees.
